Overview

Roark Lewis is a Senior Associate in BLG's Vancouver office focused on environmental, Indigenous and regulatory matters. He represents clients in environmental disputes, Aboriginal rights and title matters, regulatory proceedings and prosecutions, and advises on regulatory compliance, environmental due diligence and Indigenous land rights. He also represents clients in negotiations and mediations and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and provincial and federal administrative tribunals.
