Overview

Rika Sawatsky is an employment lawyer and the founder of Clausework, a Toronto practice focused on workplace harm. Her work addresses domestic violence, sexual harassment and intersectional discrimination, and includes workplace training and investigations. Before founding Clausework, she practised at Norton Rose Fulbright and served as counsel to Ontario's Ministry of Labour.
