Overview

Rhonda Parhar is a partner in the Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on advising a broad range of corporate clients in relation to private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance matters. Rhonda has acted for publicly listed and private companies, and global, Canadian and US private equity and investment funds. She has particular expertise in public and private mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and debt and equity financings. Rhonda also regularly advises public entities with respect to corporate governance and compliance matters.

Rhonda is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian and Calgary Bar Associations. She currently serves on the Board for the Animal Rescue Foundation of Alberta, and previously served on the Board for Lunchbox Theatre.
