Rachel Wasserman is Founder/Principal of Wasserman Business Law, a Toronto-based business law practice. She previously worked at Stikeman Elliott LLP and McCarthy Tetrault LLP, advising on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, complex commercial transactions and corporate governance, and later served as a Senior Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance. She now advises entrepreneurs on starting, scaling and exiting businesses and is a Fellow of Social Capital Partners and the Canadian Anti-Monopoly Project.
