Philipp Park, a senior business law partner, is the Quebec Regional Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s national Executive Committee. Previously the Managing Partner of the Montréal office, Philipp specializes in corporate law, with a focus on acquisitions, divestitures, corporate finance and venture capital.
