Overview

Peter A. Dunne was a partner at Miller Thomson in Toronto and a director of the Private Capital Markets Association of Canada. He started the firm's securities registration and compliance practice in the 1990s and advised dealers, advisers, investment funds, venture capital funds, limited partnerships and other investment vehicles. His work also included capital markets services, stock exchange listings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and securities regulatory investigations and enforcement.
