Overview

Paula Pettit was an associate in Miller Thomson's Toronto office whose practice focused on labour and employment law. A CPA Canada publication describes her more than 15 years of labour-relations experience, including management advocacy for public and private employers, work with film and television clients, and advice on employment standards, human rights, privacy, occupational health and safety, workers' compensation, pensions and pay equity. She also conducted workplace investigations and facilitated labour-relations courses.
