Overview
Patrick McNally is a partner in the Corporate Group whose practice focuses on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities. He acts for numerous private and public companies, and offers advice regarding corporate finance, asset and share transactions, joint ventures, reorganizations and recapitalizations. Patrick also advises public entities with respect to corporate governance and compliance matters. More recently, Patrick was named a Top 10 M&A Lawyer in Canada by MergerLinks for 2025.
Patrick is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Alberta. He is on the Board of Directors of Renfrew Educational Services and is a member of the University of New Brunswick Law School Campaign Cabinet.
Prior to joining Stikeman Elliott, Patrick worked in the finance industry in Montreal. He is fluent in French.
