Overview

Nicole M. Byres, KC is Associate Counsel with Southern Law LLP in North Vancouver and works as a workplace investigator, mediator, arbitrator and assessor. She brings more than 38 years of in-house and private-practice experience to commercial, construction, employment and labour disputes, investigations, governance and fiduciary issues. She graduated from UBC Law in 1982 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1983.
