Neil Gurmukh is a partner in KPMG Law LLP's tax law practice in Toronto. He has more than 15 years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border income tax matters, including M&A, reorganizations, restructurings, divestitures, financings, business succession, executive compensation, tax audits and appeals. He is an Ontario lawyer and co-editor of Federated Press' International Tax Planning journal.
