Overview

Nav Shukla is an Associate in Farris LLP's litigation group. She first joined Farris in 2012 as an articled student and remained an associate from 2013 to 2021. From March 2021 to October 2025, she was a tribunal member with the Civil Resolution Tribunal, where she adjudicated hundreds of small claims and strata property disputes. After leaving the CRT, she joined CLEBC as a Program Lawyer and returned to Farris in July 2026 to lead and manage its foreclosure and secured realization practice. She has experience representing clients in the BC Supreme Court, before administrative tribunals and boards, and in mediations and arbitrations. The profile lists memberships in the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
