Mihkel E. Voore is a retired partner of Stikeman Elliott's Toronto office. During his Stikeman practice, he focused on corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations and contested shareholder meetings, and served as co-chair of the Securities Law Group and head of the Corporate Finance practice group in Toronto.
