Overview

Michael L. Readshaw is a Partner and a member of Alexander Holburn's Insurance Practice. His litigation work focuses on professional and product liability, property damage, occupiers' and commercial-host liability, personal injury and complex construction claims. He represents North American insurers, Lloyd's syndicates and major self-insured corporations and has appeared before courts across western Canada and the Federal Court of Canada. He was admitted in Alberta in 2014 and British Columbia in 2018.
