Overview

Michael Dery is a Partner and leader of Alexander Holburn's Aviation Practice. He represents aviation insurers, airlines, aircraft owners, flight schools, unmanned-aircraft operators, aviation maintenance organizations and fixed-base operators in complex litigation and regulatory matters. He is also editor of the firm's Aviation Law Blog. He was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2002, the Ontario Bar in 2007 and the Alberta Bar in 2018.
