Overview
Michael Witt is a partner in the Real Estate Group of Stikeman Elliott. He provides advice to public, private and institutional owners and developers, lenders and advisors in relation to a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, master-planned communities, joint ventures and various ownership structures, ground leases and property leasing.
Michael is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Calgary and Canadian Bar Associations. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Alberta District Council, the Calgary chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), BILDCalgary Region and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also on the Board for ULI Alberta, as Co-Chair of Business Development.
Michael is a past director for Horizon Housing Society and the past Chair of its Growth and Development Committee. He is a member of the CKUA Radio Foundation.
Michael completed the Osgoode Hall Law School - Certificate in Construction Law in 2020.
