Overview

Melissa Ku is Associate Counsel and Alexander Holburn's Manager of Associate + Student Programs. She is a member of the Construction + Engineering and Insurance practice groups. Her litigation practice focuses on insurance defence, representing professionals, corporations, insurers and insureds in occupiers' liability, personal injury and construction claims. She has appeared before British Columbia courts and the Civil Resolution Tribunal. She was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2017.
