Matthew Halpin is a mediator and arbitrator with more than 37 years of litigation and advocacy experience. He has extensive experience in corporate and commercial litigation, insurance including catastrophic losses, restructuring and insolvency, real estate disputes and personal injury, and has appeared before Ontario courts, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada and administrative tribunals.
