Matthew Bernardo is a Toronto-based partner in Gowling WLG's Infrastructure and Construction Industry Group. He advises procurement agencies, owners, equity developers, contractors and service providers on complex infrastructure and construction projects in Canada and the United States, including project delivery, legal, commercial and financing matters. He also advises on corporate and M&A transactions and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
