Overview

Mark Gallagher is a partner in the Construction Group at Soloway Wright in Ottawa. His practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation, including construction liens, trust claims, delay and impact claims, labour and material payment bonds, negligence and contract disputes. He negotiates, mediates, arbitrates and litigates disputes and regularly appears before courts and private arbitration panels throughout Ontario.
