Mark advises clients as a member of both the Corporate/Commercial and Commercial Real Estate & Development teams. His broad experience allows him to serve his entrepreneurial based clients in a variety of commercial business matters. His range of experience includes acting for vendors and purchasers in merger & acquisition transactions; acting for vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants in real estate transactions; advising on intellectual property and technology issues; advising on lending, borrowing and leasing transactions, and generally providing a legal and business resource to the firm’s business clientele.
