Overview

Mario Rubio is a partner in BLG's Vancouver office who practises commercial real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions and sales, development and commercial leasing. He acts for developers, property owners, hotel operators, government entities, retail chains, natural resource companies and non-profit entities, and drafts and negotiates purchase, lease, financing, subdivision and land-development agreements.
