Overview

Marino J. Sveinson is a partner at Crawford Munroe Thomson LLP in Vancouver who also practises in the Yukon. He focuses exclusively on workplace law and represents employers in unionized and non-unionized workplaces on human rights, wrongful dismissal, labour relations, collective agreement, employment contract, privacy, workers' compensation, restructuring and departing-employee matters.
