Overview

Margaret R. Sims joined the Law Foundation of Ontario's Class Proceedings Fund as Counsel after practising at Miller Thomson. Her documented work includes complex commercial litigation involving bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, representing corporations, nonprofits, monitors, trustees, directors, officers, debtors, creditors and committees. She was called to the Ontario and British Columbia Bars in 1997.
