Overview

Margaret E. Grottenthaler was a Toronto-based corporate lawyer and a former partner in Stikeman Elliott's Toronto office. Her practice focused on derivatives products and securities financing arrangements, including central clearing, structuring, enforcement, data reporting and collateralization. She retired from a 35-year corporate-law career in 2018 and now works as a textile artist.
