Lynn Thomson is our legal talent director for our Toronto and Ottawa offices. In this role, Lynn oversees all aspects of our student and associate programs, including recruitment, mentorship, evaluation and advancement. She is also involved in other important initiatives relating to diversity and inclusion, engagement, retention and training, and works very closely with our local management teams in both cities. Lynn is the co-chair of our Toronto Student Committee. Prior to her current role, Lynn practised as an associate in our securities team, where her practice focused on securities transactions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
