Lucie Lanctuit is a partner in McMillan's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Montréal. She is a civil and commercial litigator whose practice includes class actions, contract disputes, and administrative and public law. She has appeared before Quebec's Superior Court and Court of Appeal, served as counsel to the Charbonneau Commission, and previously worked as a research lawyer at the Quebec Court of Appeal.
