Overview

Lisa Filgiano is counsel with Ontario's Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee. She has appeared as counsel for the PGT in Ontario Superior Court proceedings and has presented on guardianship applications and estate administration through Law Society of Ontario programs. Before joining the PGT, she was an estates and trusts litigation partner at Miller Thomson in Toronto, representing individuals, families, charities, trust companies and financial institutions in complex estate and trust disputes.
