Lindsay Gwyer is Director General, Legislation, in the Tax Legislation Division of the Department of Finance Canada. She appears as a departmental witness on federal tax legislation before the Standing Senate Committee on National Finance. She previously practised tax law at Stikeman Elliott in Toronto and was announced as a Stikeman partner effective January 1, 2020.
