Laura Mensch is a partner in BLG's Calgary office and a highly experienced management-side labour and employment lawyer. She advises employers in labour, employment, occupational health and safety and human rights matters across federally and provincially regulated industries, and represents municipalities, private schools, government entities, regulators and First Nations. She has appeared before Alberta courts, labour relations and human rights tribunals and advises on workplace restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
