Kim Ozubko is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Privacy Officer at Eckler in Toronto. She joined Eckler in 2023 after more than 20 years working in pensions and benefits law. In her current role she oversees the legal team and supports compliance, governance, risk management and privacy matters. Her experience includes pension plans and benefits issues arising in mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, as well as prior in-house work at a major Canadian bank and practice with law firms and consulting organizations. She previously was a partner at Miller Thomson.
