Overview

Kenneth H. Phillips is Counsel in Dentons' Real Estate group in Calgary. His business law practice includes real estate syndication and related corporate and commercial matters. Phillips was called to the Alberta bar in 1994 after completing a law degree at the University of New Brunswick, and his broader experience includes securities, corporate and commercial work, oil and gas matters, and corporate and M&A transactions. He previously practiced with Miller Thomson in Calgary.
