Kelly O'Ferrall is a partner in Osler's Employment and Labour practice, based in Ottawa with a Toronto contact. She advises employers and boards on employment law, executive compensation and workforce risk management, including executive employment and separation arrangements, succession planning, workplace disputes, human rights, employment standards, workplace safety, privacy, restrictive covenants and termination arrangements.
