Katlyn (Katie) Cooper is an Associate in MLT Aikins' Regina office. Her corporate/commercial practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, banking and commercial lending, commercial real estate, and corporate governance. She advises businesses, investors, lenders, boards and management teams on financings, investment structures, strategic transactions and governance matters. She was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2018 and holds a JD from the University of Saskatchewan and a BBA with distinction from the University of Regina.
