Overview

Kathryn McGoldrick is Associate Counsel and leader of Alexander Holburn's Appeals Practice. She focuses on civil appeals involving defamation and privacy, class actions, motor vehicle matters, municipal law, occupiers' liability, strata property and residential tenancy, transportation, and general civil and commercial litigation. She advises on appellate strategy and procedure, prepares submissions, and also works as one of the firm's research lawyers.
