As a partner in the business law group of our Calgary office, she helps clients with their corporate governance, M&A, and general corporate needs. Katherine's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies as well as assisting clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, ESG-related matters, human rights, continuous disclosure and general corporate matters. Prior to law school, she completed a bachelors' degrees in commerce and arts, with majors in marketing and Spanish.
