Overview

Justine M. Whitehead is a retired partner of Stikeman Elliott. During her more than 25 years with the firm, she led the Intellectual Property Group and the Ottawa office and advised on intellectual property acquisition, protection and enforcement, technology services and licensing agreements, trademarks, international trade, and regulated consumer products. She appeared before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal on intellectual property and international trade matters.
