Overview

Justin McGregor is a Partner in Alexander Holburn's Insurance Practice Group. His litigation practice focuses on insurance defence and coverage, including occupiers' liability, professional negligence, construction and manufacturing defects, property damage and personal injury. He also prosecutes and defends subrogated property-damage claims and advises insurers on CGL, D&O, E&O, homeowners, all-risks, wrap-up and course-of-construction coverage.
