Joseph Ensom is Managing Partner and co-founder of Poulus Ensom Smith LLP. He is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer whose civil and business litigation practice includes contract, shareholder and corporate governance, Indigenous governance, professional negligence, real estate, securities, defamation and oppression matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, the Federal Court and the Alberta Court of King's Bench, as well as administrative tribunals and securities commissions, and regularly acts in arbitrations and mediations.
