Overview

Jonathan Lin is a partner in Miller Thomson's Corporate, M&A and Securities Group, based in London and Toronto. He advises multinational and domestic corporations, private equity funds, strategic investors and business owners on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture and growth capital investments, joint ventures, partnerships, shareholder arrangements, securities and corporate finance. Before joining Miller Thomson, he practiced in the M&A and Securities Group of a major national law firm in Toronto, consistent with his prior Stikeman Elliott role.
