Overview

Jocelyn Reikie is Associate General Counsel, Corporate and Securities at Avenue Living. She leads the securities compliance, corporate services and corporate governance functions and serves as corporate secretary of Avenue Living Real Estate Core Trust, Mini Mall Storage Properties Trust, Avenue Living Agricultural Land Trust and Tract Farmland Partners. Before joining Avenue Living, she practised in the Calgary and Toronto offices of two leading national law firms, focusing on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructurings and corporate governance for clients in a broad range of industries. She holds a law degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Calgary.
