Jesstina McFadden is Senior Director, Privacy and Information Access and Legal Counsel (Health) at Sinai Health in Toronto. Her professional work includes health regulatory matters, privacy and freedom-of-information compliance, consent, capacity, substitute decision-making, mental health and end-of-life issues. Before joining Sinai Health, her Miller Thomson practice covered health law, privacy and information protection, incapacity and elder law, and health professional regulation. She holds an LL.B. from Dalhousie University and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
