Overview

Jessie Gill is Senior Legal Counsel in the Corporate Finance Division of the Ontario Securities Commission. Before joining the Commission, she was Associate Counsel in Miller Thomson's Calgary office and worked in its administrative law group. Her Miller Thomson practice included commercial, employment and environmental litigation, with trials and applications in Alberta's provincial and superior courts. Jessie earned a J.D. from the University of British Columbia in 2014, was called to the Alberta Bar in 2015 and previously served as president and director of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers Western Chapter.
