Overview

Jessica Pei is Senior Counsel at Cambridge LLP and an experienced commercial litigator. Her practice focuses on contractual disputes, fraud claims, defamation, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, real estate and insurance litigation. She has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal, and advises on injunctive relief. Jessica earned a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. She is a member of the Advocates' Society, Canadian Bar Association and Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers, with native proficiency in Mandarin and working proficiency in Japanese.
