Overview

Jessica Kristensen is a Partner on McCarter Grespan's Business Succession and Estate Planning Team. She helps clients protect and transition their financial and personal legacies through wills, powers of attorney, trusts and related planning. She advises on the administration of estates and trusts and assists individual and institutional fiduciaries with their responsibilities as estate trustees. Jessica is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner and a member of the Law Society of Ontario and STEP Canada. She holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.
