Overview

Jennifer Hewitt served as Miller Thomson's Director, Legal Talent. She oversaw the lifecycle for professionals at the firm and provided strategic direction for recruitment, career development, performance management, compensation, mentoring and coaching. She also served on the firm's National Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Before moving into the Talent and Diversity team, Jennifer practiced in the Business Law Group as an associate, partner and associate counsel, advising on corporate and commercial matters and private company mergers and acquisitions. She spent 15 years at Miller Thomson and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
