Overview

Jennifer Bush was an associate in Miller Thomson's Toronto office who built a broad civil litigation practice focused on commercial disputes. Her work included contractual issues, shareholder disputes, debt recovery and negligence claims, and she represented clients through mediations, settlement negotiations and motions. She also assisted with trials and injunction proceedings. Jennifer joined Miller Thomson as a summer student in 2013 and completed her articles there in 2015. Before joining the firm, she worked for Ontario's Ministry of the Attorney General supporting victims of violent crime. She earned a J.D. from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.
