Overview

Jason Kroft is a partner and Head of the Structured Finance and Securitization Group in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. He advises domestic and international clients on structured and specialized finance, including public and private asset securitizations, investment funds, derivatives, alternative finance, energy and commodity transactions, banking and secured finance, and project finance. He also advises on carbon finance, green bonds, sustainable-linked notes, ESG matters, data centre financing and corporate governance. Jason is a former adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and serves on the board of Save a Child's Heart.
