Ingrid M. Tsui is a Partner in Alexander Holburn's Corporate/Commercial Practice Group and acts as general counsel to local and international businesses through startup, operations, growth, restructuring and sale. She leads the Wills, Estates + Trusts Practice Group, advising on estate planning, wills, trusts, incapacity planning, probate and estate administration, and also leads the Charities + Non-Profit Practice Group.
