The Honourable Horia Bundaru is a Justice of the Superior Court of Quebec for the district of Montreal, appointed in September 2024. Before his appointment, he was a Montreal partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, where he practised commercial litigation, construction and energy law and appeared before Quebec, Federal and Supreme Courts and in arbitration.
