Overview

Grant D. Sprague is Counsel at Blue Rock Law LLP, where he advises on natural resources, energy, agriculture, government relations and related policy matters. He served as Alberta's Deputy Minister for Energy from 2013 to 2016 and again from 2019 to 2023, and has also chaired the Alberta Petroleum Marketing Board and served as a director of the Alberta Energy Regulator.
